HOW TO RESET UNIVERSITY OF GHANA EMAIL PASSWORD

If you are enrolled on selfservice, visit selfservice@ug.edu.gh to change your email password.

For your MIS, login with your  staff number and pin

Click on forgot password, a temporary password will be sent to your staff or student email

Copy and paste into the slot for temporary password

Then create a new one. OR; Kindly visit the UGCS Help Desk for assistance.

OR YOU CAN ALSO FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

1. Click here to login to your UG Mail Login Page

2. Log in to UGMail using your email address (stated in your admission letter) and your default password

3. Click on the forgot password to change your default password.
