Prempeh College takes on Osei Tutu SHS on the motion “Juvenile Offenders Should be tried and treated as Adults”. Christian Service University College is the venue. Will it be O. T. or Prempeh College? At stake is a trip to the beautiful Dubai or Europe, the stakes are too high. The two schools have in their fold some very wonderful Debaters who will be doing justice to this very ancient topic. In the end, only 1 out of the 2 schools will qualify.
