Presbyterian University Ghana Requirements

Affiliated to the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the Presbyterian University was established to solve the problem of many Senior High School graduates not being accepted by many public universities in Ghana on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity and nationality.

Presbyterian University Ghana Requirements

• West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination

Applicants must have a minimum of C6 in six (6) subjects including three (3) core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated/General Science) and three (3) elective subjects relevant to the chosen Programme.

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination

Applicants must have a minimum of D or a pass in six (6) subjects including three (3) core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated/General Science) and three (3) elective subjects relevant to the chosen Programme.

• International General Certificate School Examination O-Level & A-Level

Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in the IGCSE/O-Levels (Mathematics and English required) and three (3) passes in the A-Levels.

• GBCE/ABCE

• RSA III/ABEC/HND Applicants are eligible to apply.

• Mature Applicants : Except for BSc. Nursing and BSc. Physician Assistant programmes, Mature Applicants for all other programmes must have attained a minimum age of 25 years with relevant work experience (Candidate must include Birth Certificate) and must pass an entrance examination in English, Mathematics and General  Paper/Aptitude Test.
