STUDENTS HOSTELS AROUND THE UNIVERSITY OF GHANA
A hostel is a form of low-cost, short-term shared sociable lodging where guests or students can rent a bed, usually a bunk bed in a dormitory, with shared use of a lounge and sometimes a kitchen, light, water, etc. Rooms can be mixed or single-sex and have private or shared bathrooms.
The University of Ghana, the premier University, currently has fourteen (14) functional halls and hostels that students willing to stay close to campus can choose from. These halls and hostels are made up of traditional halls and private hostels. below are the lists of Hostels and Halls:

Students who would like to apply for on-campus accommodation must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Pay at least 50 % of the appropriate academic fee, and
2. Register online for the academic program offered
All students who have been admitted at full time Legon campus and Korle Bu Campus are required to make residential application.
However, students who wish to stay out of campus should select non-residence in the application process.

An application link will be opened on this webpage on Monday, January 17, 2022, at 12noon to enable students apply for their preferred apartments.
