Which countries can I go with IELTS?

IELTS is accepted as proof of English language ability for study, work and migration in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. Each country sets its own IELTS score requirements which we have listed below.

Which country does not accept IELTS?

There are also few universities in countries like EU countries (except UK) Norway, Germany, Holland, USA, Malaysia, India where they do not lay down IELTS and TOEFL as a criteria for admission abroad.

Is IELTS a difficult exam?

Many people find this test section one of the hardest if they haven’t prepared ahead of time using test prep tools, or by listening to English music or by watching English television shows. This section of the exam requires you to complete two writing tasks.

Do I need a passport to write IELTS?

Test Takers taking the test outside their own country must use a passport. Make sure to inform the test centre of any changes to your identity document before the test date.

Can I fail in IELTS?

There is no pass or fail in IELTS. You are graded on your performance in the test, using scores from 1-9 for each part of the test: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Your results from the four parts then produce an overall score.

What is the hardest part in IELTS?

According to several surveys on IELTS modules, the Writing module is the toughest among the four.
