When Will BECE Results BE Released?

Many parents and candidates are wondering when the BECE results will be released. Government has given the clearest assurance that, the Basic Education Certificate Examination will be released in January to pave way for placement checking. The January date makes it about three months after the exams were written.

The initial date given was 19th January but there may be a slight delay which could lead to the release of the exams the following week to make way for placement.

BECE candidates earlier were given the opportunity to confirm their choices of schools before the release of the results and school placement.

What Happens After The Results Are Released.

Once the results are released, the Computerized Selection and School Placement will also commence their placement exercise where candidates will go through a checking process to know which of their preferred schools they have been placed.

To check your BECE results, obtain e-voucher from any authorized agency or alternatively you can get it through your Mobile Money by dialing *800*055#.

The Steps below outline a simple process to check your results.

Visit the WAEC results checker online portal: www.eresults.waecgh.org
Enter your index number.
Select the type of examination (BECE).
Select your examination year (2022), Enter your date of birth (this should be consistent with what you used during registration
Enter the SERIAL NUMBER and PIN as appear on the voucher
Click on submit. A window will pop up with your results if you got the process correct
Print your results.
