Very Important Guide to Newly Recruited Teachers & Directions to Regional Education Offices in Ghana

Here Is Where To Locate The Various Ghana Education Service 16 Regional Offices, Check Their Current Locations Here.

Management of the Ghana Education Service, last Friday announced to the general public that postings for Newly Qualified Teachers from colleges has been released for, particularly those who;

1. completed and passed the Public Colleges of Education Examinations in 2020

2. passed their licensure exams completed the mandatory National Service applied for recruitment into the Service.
Appointment letters have been released. Appointment letters can be accessed on www.gespromotions.gov.gh (a fee of GH10.00 applies).

Appointees are to report to the Regional Directors with their appointment letters and certificates for further directives.

WHAT TO DO AFTER POSTINGS.

👉Print appointment letter, attach College Certificate/Diploma certificate, NSS certificate, License Exam Cert, Ssnit number then send it to GES Regional office of your postings all in one flat file for verification or confirmation of their names on the Master List allocated to the Region.

A confirmation letter will be issued by the Regional Office to you after verification.

👉Send a copy of that letter to the District Education Office. Create a file at the District Office with all the documents mentioned above including certs, license exam, nss certs etc.

Complete personal record form and other relevant documents at the District Office.

Another copy of the Confirmation Letter should be sent to the school. A file will be created in the school as well.

👉Get Assumption of Duty letter from Head of the school.

Send the assumption of duty letter to the District Office to be placed on your file.

👉 District Office Ippd OFFICER will guide you to process your IPPD forms. You will need a bank account to complete your ippd forms.
