Kumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College.

Kumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College is a public tertiary health institution established in 1957 in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. 

The college is located at the premises of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. 

The activities of the institution are supervised by the Ministry of Education.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal for the 2022/2023 nursing training forms is officially out.

KNMTC MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.

You must endeavor to check the requirements to be sure of the exact criteria to enable you to study the courses above.

1. West African Senior School Certificate Education Holders: 

Credits passes (A1-C6) in Six (6) subjects comprising Three(3) Core subjects, including English Language, Core Mathematics, and Three (3) Elective subjects relevant to the field of study.

2. Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination Holders: 

Credit passes(A – D) in Six (6) subjects comprising Three (3) Core subjects, including English Language, Core Mathematics, and Three(3) Elective subjects relevant to the field of study.

OVERALL AGGREGATE OF KNMTC.

You are required to have an overall aggregate of 24 for SSSCE and 36 for WASSCE.

COST OF KNMTC APPLICATION FORMS 2022/2023.

Prospects must buy the E-Voucher at a cost of One Hundred Cedis(Gh¢100.00).

NOTE: You must have a constant phone number and an e-mail address as you will be alerted via these channels when you are selected.

HOW TO FILL THE APPLICATION FORMS.

1. Access the application form online at https://healthtraining.gov.gh

2. Use your PIN code to log into and gain access to the application form.

3. Put in your Pin and serial number purchased from the Bank. 

Note: the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and the Serial number.

4. Follow the instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application form is opened.

5. Fill and Save the first page before continuing to the next page.

6. The applicant’s unique ID (reference number) will be shown on the printed form.

(You will use this reference number to track the status of the admission process- whether qualified or not, invitation for interview, offer of admission, etc.)

NOTE: Only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school.

Take your time to fill all the relevant portions of the form, including uploading your photograph.

Print the completed form and keep it (required during the interview).

The Application will be Closing in July, 2022. 

The Kumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College Application Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.
