The mobile School Report Card (mSRC) Workshop concluded across the country this week with heads of basic schools of GALOP Schools equipped to upload relevant data of their schools on the mSRC platform.
Accross the country, many HeadTeachers were supported by two Facilitators from the districts trained at an earlier TOT organized at Noda Hotel.

There were earlier challenges on regarding access to the dashboard on the mSRC system. However the Head of Programs and Partnerships at the GES Headquarters, Mr. Frederick Birikorang and his team worked around the clock to solve the challenges with the assurance that all unresolved issues will be dealt with with time.

The mSRC system has been designed to gather relevant data from over 10,000 GALOP Schools across the country.

The last level of training was for the HeadTeachers who were taken through the dashboard on the mSRC platform. With GALOP Secretariat giving each GALOP School a Laptop, Dongle and data for this purpose, schools have no excuse on not meeting deadlines for data submission.

At the initial stages of the training, there were various challenges relating to the use of Credentials on the mSRC dashboard but the technical team worked around the clock to resolve the various challenges.

GALOP Schools are expected to upload data on staff, attendance, infrastructure, school management committees, school children among many others.

Below are some scenes from the training.
