An academic term or Semester is a portion of an academic year, the time during which an educational institution holds classes or engage in academic activities.
The schedules adopted vary widely with respect to the Academic system of the Educational System of the country at Large .In most countries, many tertiary institutions depend highly on their academic calendar for it’s academic activities schedule.
Academic calendar therefore is a schedule of all of the events that occur in an academic year. These events may include examination dates, vacation dates or breaks and the day of the semester events.
The management of the University of Ghana, UG has officially released the academic calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session for different levels.
