GES Confirms Re-opening Date for SHS 1, Review of COVID-19 Guidelines; Cautions School Authorities on Money Collection
The Management of Ghana Education Service has issued an update of SHS 1 enrollment, Covid 19 Protocols and the Reopening of Schools for SHS 1 students.
This is contained in a release signed by Cassandra Twum Ampofo, Head of Public Relations Unit and copied to the Press.
The release cautioned all individuals who are extorting monies for placement students into schools.
The statement also confirmed 4th April as the Reopening date for all SHS 1 students.
In addition to these, the statement confirmed that the Ghana Education Service and the Ghana Health Service are working to revise COVID-19 protocols in schools but called on all individuals to wear their masks in enclosed spaces on the school compound.
