The Ghana Immigration Service is an agency of the government of Ghana under the Ministry of the Interior. The GIS regulates examination and authorization of application for visas, entry and residence permits in Ghana.
Like every institution, Ghana immigration Service also recruit people who are interested in the field and they are trained in the Ghana Immigration Service Academy and Training School in Assin Foso.
The GIS Training duration is eighteen (18) months for Regular Career Course (RCC) for officer cadets and six (6) months for the Short Service and Special Duties Commission(SSC/SDC) for officer cadets.
In the meantime, the Ghana Immigration Form for 2022 is out. The recruitment starts on November, 2022 and ends on December, 2022.
