SHS Sports Bounces Back to Life as Some Regions Outdoor Calandar

Eastern Region Education Directorate has released their timelines for this year’s school sports activities after a two year break due to Covid restrictions.
The Calandar outlines the specific dates designated for each sporting activity from athletics through to soccer.

Meanwhile Ashanti Region will have its executive committee meeting on Tuesday 15th March 2022.
This will be followed by a general meeting with the all PE masters on 22nd March and then the timelines or Calander will be likely outdoored to pave way for the various competitions to be held. There have been various stakeholders Engagement to discuss how to hold the various competitions with strict adherence to the Covid Protocols. After extensive deliberations, there seem to be light at the end of the tunnels as various regions begin to outdoor their Calandar for the academic year.

Many lovers of school sports and athletics are craving for the competitions to bounce back as many talents have been wasting away due to the lack of platform to showcase their talent.

Other Regions will be outdooring their their Calandar in the coming weeks ahead of the National Sports Festival for 4th to 13th November.

Meanwhile T. I. Amass, Kumasi are preparing to hold their inter house activities at the Baba Yara Stadium in readiness for the various competitions.
