If you have a low GPA and want to be considered by any German university, then make sure you have a good

  1. A good motivation letter
  2. Expereince letter
  3. Copies of all relevant certificates
  4. A school diploma/degree programme certificate(s)
  5. Overview of the applicant’s modules
  6. A good language proficiency proof.

But if you have a good record of the above-listed qualities, then the following German Universities may accept you even with a low GPA:

Most German universities accept students with a GPA of 5 and above for their master’s degree programs. However, some universities may require higher GPA scores. For example, the Technical University of Munich requires a minimum GPA of 2 (depending on the medium of instruction) for admission to their Master’s degree program, while the University of Cologne requires a minimum GPA of 2.7.
